Hello All,
I am new to letterboxing
and also to geocaching.
I was looking for
something fun to do in
the great outdoors with
my 4 year old daughter
and stumbled across
geocaching. Won myself a
GPS from e-bay for cheap
and we were on our way.
Don't know how we came
across letterboxing, but
now we combine the two
adventures together. My
daughter asks every
weekend to go "treasure"
hunting. We have only
found 2 letterboxes so
far and about 10 caches
or so. We are in the
process of "building" a
letterbox to hide and
also a geocache. Happy

Hey, a fellow LBer AND geocacher. I enjoy both too.
I like LBing for the creative aspect and geocaching
for the high-tech fun.
I'm up in Canada where LBing was just a tiny blip on
the radar a year ago but it's starting to grow. We
have 85 LBs in Ontario now. But compared to geocaches
(over 3000) it's still just a blip.
I hope your family enjoys finding and hiding boxes as
much as we have.
